Our Story Since 1990, “Southern Title and Abstract, Inc.” has provided a complete range of title insurance services to the Central Florida real estate profession. Our clients include Realtors, Lenders, Mortgage Brokers, Home Builders, Attorneys, Investors, and Homeowners. Over the years, we have built a solid reputation with our clients and customers by providing exceptional service and earning their trust. We have experienced and seasoned professionals who will handle your file from beginning to end and help you and your client easily close each transaction. Our Goal We are a family-owned and operated company with a combined owner experience of over 60 plus years. As full-time “hands-on” owners, Hugh and Millie Crenshaw recognize the value of professionalism, knowledge, and responsibility and answer any questions you may have with your closing. Millie is a full-time closer who runs the office and oversees the closings. Hugh is the title examiner who creates the title commitments according to the guidelines of our underwriters, Old Republic National Title Insurance Company and Westcor Land Title Insurance Company.
